LIMERICK PA – All-you-can-eat feast night returns tonight (Monday, May 2, 2016) to the Western Montgomery Career and Technology Center, 77 Graterford Rd., as its culinary arts students from Pottsgrove, Spring-Ford and Upper Perkiomen schools host their final community buffet of the year from 4:30-7 p.m.
The buffets are a series of events conducted throughout the academic year to show off students’ skills, and also give them practical training in their future careers.
A broad menu of Mexican-inspired dishes are being served this evening, including home-made tortilla chips with a variety of salsas, Mexican rice, refried beans, an assortment of empanadas, grilled corn with chipotle sauce, sopa de tortilla, chicken flautas, Southern California-style beef burritos, and seafood enchiladas. Coconut flan and churros are available for dessert.
Tickets for the buffet cost $12 for adults, $8 for children ages 3-12, and children age 2 and younger are free. Tickets can be purchased at the door, or call 610-489-7272 for reservations. Beware, though; space is limited.
