Driver Climbed Out Of This Ugly Linfield Crash

LINFIELD FIRE RESPONDS TO ACCIDENT – Volunteers from the Linfield Fire Company were roused from their beds Thursday morning (Aug. 25, 2016) at 2:30 a.m. to respond to a single-vehicle crash near Main Street and Church Road in the village. The driver was injured, but able to escape from the wreckage and “was out of the vehicle upon our arrival,” the company reported on its Facebook page. The right (passenger) side of the late-model silver-colored Honda coupe was peeled backward in the crash, exposing both its front and rear seats. Montgomery County dispatchers report that in addition to Linfield’s Squad 51, police and emergency medical service providers also responded to the scene. No details were immediately available on the identity of the driver, his or her medical status, how the accident occurred, or if any offenses were involved.
