A portion of the SEI campus in Oaks PA
OAKS PA – SEI Investments, the Oaks-based corporation that provides wealth management services for private banks, financial advisers, and institutional and family investors, plans to double the size of its current facility on an adjacent 90-acre parcel, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported Wednesday (May 3, 2017).
The Journal’s Natalie Kostelni wrote that SEI plans to add about 425,000 square feet of space in new buildings over several years. The company currently employs about 3,200 people at the Oaks campus visible from U.S. Route 422, and is growing the workforce by roughly 200 people annually. As a short-term solution to its lack of space, Kostelni reported, SEI is leasing 65,000 square feet at a Malvern PA property.
United States investors represent SEI’s largest market, her story added.
